OCEAN VIEW SUNDAY WORSHIP AT HOME

NOVEMBER 22, 2020

WELCOME

Before we come into God’s presence together this morning, prepare yourself and space for a time of worship— grab your Bibles and turn to the Ephesians 4, get comfortable, prepare your mind and heart with prayer. Now let us worship our Lord, as a people scattered throughout the city, in spirit and in truth.

Call to Worship

Now join in the call to worship by reading aloud together

Psalm 72: 18-19

“Praise be to the Lord God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds. Praise be to his glorious name forever; may the whole earth be filled with his glory. Amen and amen.”

Sing to the Lord from your heart with joy and thanksgiving!

SONG - o praise the name

SONG - all i have is christ

SONG - king of me

Prayer for the Offering

Have a family member pray for God’s continued blessing on the church.

“Father, I pray that You will bless all who give today and show them Your love in a mighty way because of their obedience. Bless these tithes and offerings, Father. We love You! Amen.”

We thank God today for your faithful and generous giving during this time of separation. During this time, we are directing people to give through our secure, online portal.

If you prefer to write a check you can still mail it to our church address or drop it by the church office:

1900 S. Western Ave. San Pedro, CA 90732

Please click the button below to give. It will open in a new browser window:

SCRIPTURE READING

Have someone read the Scripture for today.

“When Scripture Speaks, God Speaks.”

Ephesians 4: 30-32

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along

with all malice. 32 Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in

Christ forgave you.
