WELCOME

Before we come into God’s presence together this morning, prepare yourself and space for a time of worship— grab your Bibles and turn to the New Testament book of Ephesians, get comfortable, prepare your mind and heart with prayer.

Now let us worship our Lord, as a people scattered throughout the city, in spirit and in truth.

Call to Worship

(Now join in the call to worship by reading aloud together)

Psalm 65:5-8

“You answer us with awesome and righteous deeds, God our Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas, who formed the mountains by your power, having armed yourself with strength, who stilled the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations. The whole earth is filled with awe at your wonders; where morning dawns, where evening fades, you call forth songs of joy.”

Ephesians: 1: 1-2

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, To the saints who are in Ephesus, and are faithful in Christ Jesus: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Offering

“Praise God from whom all blessings flow.” 

We are praising God today for your faithful and generous giving during this time of

“Safe Shelter.”  We are able to fulfill all of our commitments to our ministries, staff, facility requirements, and missionaries. 

Everyone is very grateful for the dedication of our Ocean View Family.

Prayer for the Offering

Have someone pray this prayer for the gifts given by God’s people today. 

Help us to be generous givers, dear Lord, both of our money and our lives, that we might make a difference in this town. We ask this through your son, our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ who gave all that he was that we might know life in all its fullness. Amen.
