OCEAN VIEW SUNDAY WORSHIP AT HOME

FEBRUARY 7, 2021

Today, we celebrate communion – the day when we remember Christ’s death for our sin. Before we come into God’s presence together this morning, prepare yourself and space for a time of worship and communion—grab your Bibles and turn to Ephesians 6, put together pieces of bread or crackers on a plate for you and your family to eat, as well as cups of juice/water to drink during communion.

We now come as a people scattered throughout the city worshiping in our homes. Even still we are one people, worshiping the one true God. As you participate in today’s worship, allow yourselves to worship the Lord with joy and thanksgiving.

Call to Worship

Now join in the call to worship by reading aloud together

Psalm 98: 1-3

Sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm

have worked salvation for him. The Lord has made his salvation known and revealed his

righteousness to the nations. He has remembered his love and his faithfulness; all the ends of

the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

Sing to the Lord from your heart with joy and thanksgiving!

Offering

Prayer for the Offering

Have a family member pray for God’s continued blessing on the church.

We thank You for Your steadfast love and mercy on us. Father, we believe Your promise that You will bless us when we are obedient to Your Word. And so, without hesitation, we gladly give to You what is Yours. Bless these tithes and offerings, Father. We love You, Lord! Amen
